Is the membership transferable?
TGP Clubs memberships are personal and non-transferable. However, you can use your membership to book for family members accompanying you.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. After that, memberships are non-refundable but remain valid for the full membership duration.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. The price you see includes GST. Resort bookings are charged at the discounted member rate only — no booking fees.
